Audit log
An append-only record of admin and security events in your org.
What is logged
- Who acted, their email, and the IP the request came from.
- Member invites, revocations, removals, and role changes.
- Org, policy, SSO, and billing setting changes.
- API token creation and revocation, and sign-ins.
Prompts and completions are not written to the audit log. See Privacy for what happens to your code.
Reading it
Org admins can read the log from the team console. Entries are append-only and are never edited or deleted.
